Exercise Planner Full Time Montgomery, AL TS/SCI Eligible This position is contingent upon contract award Overview: The AFINC III contract supporting the 26th Network Operations Squadron (26NOS) is seeking qualified Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) Engineer. The JRSS team oversees an enterprise DoD environment supporting the USAF that requires a unique and dynamic skill set. Experience Required: 5+ years experience serving as the subject matter expert and manage planning, organizing, and coordinating for drill and exercise programs related to cyberspace operations Experience in developing specific scripts of Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) or simulation control injects that initiate situational training and field level exercises. Experience in coordinating annual exercise requirements with multiple installations in order to develop exercise support requirements for higher headquarters approval Experience in preparing and delivering exercise concept/decision briefs for senior leadership related to exercise requirements Experience in developing schedules and assists in preparing, administrating, and executing all levels of exercise training Experience in exercise planning conferences and exercise execution Experience in developing requirements for collecting training and exercise events Experience in collaborating with exercise planning elements to establish objectives, priorities, and plans for joint exercise programs Experience in contributing to both designing and planning exercises by preparing and disseminating products such as exercise plans, controller/evaluator handbooks, Master Scenario Events List, player briefings, After Action Reports/Corrective Action Plans, etc. Experience in understanding strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and operational standards from applicable headquarters and stakeholders in order to develop exercise plans Experience in evaluating exercise training and assess effectiveness to ensure training meets objectives and joint standards Education Required: High School diploma or GED Clearance Required: TS/SCI Eligible About Semper Valens Solutions: Semper Valens Solutions, Inc.
