Program Manager Full Time Montgomery, AL Secret clearance This position is contingent upon contract award Overview: Semper Valens Solutions seeks an experienced Program Manager to support AFINC III at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex. The Program Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex technical programs, and ensure alignment with DoD objectives. This role involves technology assessments, systems design, budget management, and acquisition planning, with a strong focus on interfacing with DoD customers. Responsibilities: Supervise personnel and manage workload requirements across multiple technical programs. Lead technology assessments and systems design, ensuring they meet operational standards. Oversee budgetary responsibilities, including planning, estimating, and tracking costs. Manage acquisition planning and resource allocation to support program objectives. Interface regularly with DoD customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Provide leadership in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with DoD goals. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or related field. 10+ years of experience in supervising personnel, conducting technology assessments, systems design and analysis, and managing complex technical programs.
