Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to lead the development and maintenance of network communications. This role requires experience in LAN/WAN systems to support both internal and external networks, as well as the ability to test and evaluate network systems for improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead in the development and maintenance of network communications.
Use knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to support internal and external networks.
Test and evaluate network systems to eliminate problems and make necessary improvements.
Oversee all System Administrator activities, assign duties to other personnel on various projects, and direct other personnel's work.
Ensure long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.
Manage the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.
Implement operating system enhancements that improve the reliability and performance of the system.
Minimum Requirements 7+ years of relevant experience is required.
An active secret security clearance is required.
The candidate must possess at least one of the following certifications: MCSA, MCSE, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, CompTIA Linux+, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
A CompTIA Security+ CE certification is required.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
