North Alabama Shoals Hospital is seeking a full-time Circulatory Nurse (RN). This position is eligible for a 1-year Commitment Incentive of $5,000 or 2-year Commitment Incentive of $7,500.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
The RN is responsible and accountable for providing and coordinating patient care.
The RN identifies and addresses patient's needs and priorities through assessment, planning and collaboration with other health care providers.
The RN will execute physician orders and supervise the implementation of nursing interventions.
The RN functions as a patient advocate representing the patient's interests when illness prevents an individual from being physically or emotionally able to express their own feelings or thoughts.
The RN evaluates response to care through the outcomes of clinical results, patient satisfaction and acceptable cost.
