EAP Counselor
6+Month Contract

Licensed Clinician required to offer a full range of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for a large government agency. This role involves direct counseling, critical incident response, training, and outreach services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver proactive EAP services, ensuring smooth integration with agency operations.
• Provide direct counseling, critical incident response, training, and psychoeducational presentations.
• Refer clients to appropriate treatment services and community resources.
• Comply with clinical protocols, maintain case records, and manage a caseload.
• Consult with supervisors on clinical case staffing and high-risk cases.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local contacts and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain the security of information, both physical and virtual.
• Perform daily duties and related projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Independent North Dakota License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Master s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in EAP, mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral health.
• Ability to pass a federal security clearance (includes fingerprinting and background investigation).
