Read more about our opportunity below Work you'll do/Responsibilities Help consult with clients on the system design of AWS environments Support cloud implementations, upgrades, migrations, and change requests on client cloud environments Create, implement, and assist in the development of scripts to automate everyday operations Maintain multiple (DevOps) environments based on client requirements Contribute to the configuration and setup of backups as well as setup automated AWS patching for Windows and Linux platforms Assist development teams to build and deploy micro services-based applications in public cloud with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment tools and processes Support program optimization to work within constructs of an AWS environment Assist in system migrations and system upgrades to create and deploy new cloud environments The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice-our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience 3+ years of relevant experience with cloud technologies Understanding of core DevOps practices (Configuration Management, CI/CD, IaC, Continuous Monitoring)
Experience with cloud config management, build and deployment tools and languages
Proficient understanding of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Basic experience of designing and deploying AWS Infrastructure Services like Elastic Compute (EC2), Storages (S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier and AWS Storage Gateway) and RDS
Experience with ServiceNow deployments
Ability to obtain an US Government Clearance
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred Qualifications AWS Certification
