Join the PDS Tech team and be a key player in driving the success of major projects by ensuring seamless material and equipment delivery.

Pay Rate: $25-$45
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Hybrid schedule

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Management, general contractors, and subcontractors to monitor and track major material and equipment deliveries, ensuring they arrive on time at the job site.

• Coordinate with contractor personnel to understand procurement constraints, monitor schedules, and offer support to meet project deadlines when needed.

• Recommend company-stocked materials to support timely project completion.

• Propose solutions to address material backlogs, including utilizing in-house materials or alternative suppliers.

• Work with General Contractors to ensure timely submission of engineering data and follow up on material acquisition, production, and shipment progress.

• Report to Project Management on material/equipment delivery status, and evaluate contractor and supplier progress to ensure alignment with project schedules.

• Create and maintain lists of critical project materials/equipment, tracking their availability and shipping status.

Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of industrial project materials, equipment requirements, and purchasing practices.

• Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, and customs regulations across the U.S.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the industry.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
