Seeking an Assistant Project Manager who will work closely alongside a high-performing JOC Team Lead. The goal is to develop your skills, master the nuances of JOC project management, and eventually transition into the Team Lead role within the next few years. As the current Team Lead shifts focus to larger-scale projects, you'll have the opportunity to take charge and drive continued success for this outstanding team.

Description

  • Assist the JOC Team Lead with day-to-day project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain excellent communication and project momentum.
  • Develop your skills in budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and contract management.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
  • Prepare to step into a leadership role, taking on more responsibility as you grow within the team.

Profile

  • Experience in construction project management with JOC
  • A passion for learning, with the ambition to take on a leadership role in the near future.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
  • Bonus Opportunity: Up to 20% based on performance.
