RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop application objects to collect, analyze, and present data from various sources.
- Create and maintain data models, schemas, and metadata to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract data efficiently from databases.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using MicroStrategy tools.
- Validate and test data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Optimize environment performance to enhance query response times and system efficiency.
What you bring to our vision:
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
Strong SQL Database query and SQL Server experience.
Knowledge of database architecture and schema design.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), such as Agile or Waterfall.
Experience in report requirements gathering and business analytics.
Excellent data visualization skills to create meaningful and informative reports.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Experience with data validation and quality assurance.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices.
Experience in MicroStrategy Developer and Web tools for creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
MicroStrategy Report Developer certifications and MicroStrategy Server Administration experience
Experience with OLAP cubes and their creation and tuning.
