At Impact Physical Therapy, we believe in delivering an exceptional experience to our patients and clients. We are a hybrid cash-based clinic that provides personalized, one-on-one care to help our patients achieve their goals.

We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist who is committed to innovation in therapeutic exercise and treatment approaches and has the confidence to deliver world-class treatment to our patients.

Physical Therapist Expectations:
Oversees daily clinic operations, scheduling of physical therapy staff, timecards and PTO
Responsible for meeting clinic performance utilizing specific KPI's
Ensures the clinic follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard Impact operating procedures
Reports on the productivity and stats of the clinic on a weekly basis
Works effectively with support staff to meet the production demands of the clinic's schedule
Provide oversight of administrative procedures and clinic admin personnel
Conducts weekly one on one meetings and quarterly reviews with staff therapists
Work a set schedule in the clinic treating patients

Physical Therapist Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience _(preferred)_
Leadership and/or management experience
Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead a team while maintaining a steady workload within practice standards
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, Doctorate preferred but not required
Must have AZ licensure upon start of work with us

Salary Range

$76,000 - $90,000

$5000 Sign On Bonus!

Additional Bonus Potential: up to $2000 annually

Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 - 12 days annually

Years with Impact: Compensation may be influenced by the number of years an employee has been with Impact Physical Therapy, recognizing dedication and tenure.

Board Certification: Holding relevant board certifications in physical therapy may contribute to enhanced salary considerations.

Leadership Responsibilities: Assuming leadership roles within our clinic or contributing to specialized projects may lead to increased compensation.
