Description

  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating, managing, and executing projects from pre-construction through close-out phases.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
  • Support communication with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Participate in job site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Help prepare project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and schedules.
  • Track project performance metrics and report on cost control, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Work in multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Hospitality, Warehouse, Office, Government, Residential, Multifamily, Sports, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Parking, Mission Critical, Retail, Municipal, Corrections, Education, and High-Rise buildings.

Profile

  • Experience in construction project management, preferably with exposure to one or more of the following sectors: Healthcare, Hospitality, Warehouse, Office, Government, Residential, Multifamily, Sports, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Parking, Retail, Municipal, Corrections, Education, and High-Rise.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to assist in managing projects, coordinating teams, and delivering on tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
