Employee Experience Concierge

Reports to: VP Human Resources

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary:

The Employee Experience Concierge at Wecom Fiber plays a pivotal role in enhancing the employee journey, fostering engagement, and promoting a positive work environment within the telecommunications and fiber industry. The focus on employee satisfaction, well-being, and support contributes to a culture of excellence and collaboration at Wecom Fiber.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, requests, and support related to workplace amenities, services, and resources.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation programs, and integration activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Assist employees with access to benefits, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and well-being.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and facilities, to address employee needs, resolve issues, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Manage employee feedback mechanisms, surveys, and communication channels to gather insights, assess satisfaction levels, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies, regulations, and best practices, fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or 3+ years of experience as an Employee Experience Concierge in the telecommunications and fiber industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach tailored to telecommunications and fiber employee interactions, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to engage with telecommunications and fiber employees, managers, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and fiber industry trends, workplace culture initiatives, and employee engagement strategies to drive a supportive and engaging work environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing telecommunications and fiber employee needs in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, employee engagement tools, and telecommunications and fiber workplace technology to enhance employee experience initiatives and communication.
