This role is not customer-facing; instead, you will work behind the scenes to streamline and enhance the lead setter program. You'll provide essential support to franchisees, ensuring they have the training and resources necessary for effective lead management, as well as coordinating communications between franchisees and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Franchisees: Provide guidance and best practices for improving lead management processes and appointment setting for their lead setter teams.
  • Program Enhancement: Identify opportunities for program improvements and implement changes to optimize lead generation and setting processes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor lead activity and performance metrics to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to sales.
  • Performance Improvement Plans: Collaborate with franchisees to develop tailored performance improvement plans to enhance their lead setting effectiveness.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle data entry, prepare reports, and facilitate communication between sales teams and franchisees.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training franchisees on effective lead setting techniques and the use of sales tools.
  • System Management: Ensure accuracy in lead tracking systems and CRM platforms to optimize overall sales performance.
  • Sales Tool Adoption: Support the rollout of new sales tools, ensuring franchisees are equipped to manage their sales pipelines effectively.
  • Ongoing Assistance: Provide day-to-day support for sales administrative tasks, including scheduling and report generation.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, identifying ways to streamline operations and enhance overall performance.

Travel Requirements:
This position may require up to 35% travel to support franchisees and enhance the lead setter program.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation, sales support, or administrative roles, with a focus on managing customer data.
  • Background in developing and implementing performance improvement plans or similar initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with franchise teams.
  • Previous experience using CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to achieve common goals.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including franchisees, corporate teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with various sales and lead management technologies, including CRM systems, data analytics tools, and project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred but not required.

Why Join Us:

  • An impactful role in driving franchise success through support and process improvement.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for professional development.
