Phoenix, AZ (onsite)
Potential to convert to perm
Driving: Yes(personal vehicle needed )
Time- 8:00am -5:00pm(flexibility needed)

Position available for a versatile and professional Area Customer Service Coordinator in the Phoenix metro area. The role involves supporting daily operations at various client locations, including law firms and office environments, with responsibilities ranging from reception services to mail handling and printer support. Must be flexible, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and service delivery across multiple client locations.
  • Perform reception duties, mail shipping/receiving, package delivery, and printer services.
  • Assist with process improvement, onboarding, and cross-training.
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures and safety standards.
  • Collect feedback and escalate issues to management.
  • Travel daily to different locations within the city.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma plus 12 months of related experience.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable car, and insurance.
  • Intermediate skills in common software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
