Compensation: OTE $750k / year

Job Summary:
We are seeking a new dedicated team member for our Pain Management clinic here in Phoenix, AZ. Our ideal candidate is Anesthesia trained and has experience in interventional Pain Management procedures.
This position has high upside potential with on target earnings of $750k/year plus ownership track into ASC in 2 years time.
Leveraging a robust background in anesthesia, the Pain Management Physician will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective pain management strategies, which include both non-surgical and surgical approaches to care.
Duties of the Position:
1. Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients experiencing chronic and acute pain.
2. Use a patient-focused approach to identify the source of pain, defining the intensity and duration, and implementing suitable pain management strategies.
3. Use interventional procedures, including but not limited to, spinal injections, nerve blocks, and/or minimally invasive surgery to manage pain.
4. Leverage knowledge in anesthesia to manage pain pre-, during, and post-surgery.
5. Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals like physiotherapists, psychologists, and nurses to create multidisciplinary patient care plans.
6. Educate patients and their families on pain management strategies, potential side effects, and risk factors involved.
7. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in pain management and anesthesia.
8. Comply with all federal and state laws, medical Board rules, and facility policies regarding the practice of medicine and the use of controlled substances for the treatment of pain.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
10. Participate in continuous professional development activities and stay informed about the latest advancements in the field.
