We're looking for an experienced, patient-focusedphysician who thrives in a community health setting and is committed todelivering high-quality pediatric care to our diverse patient population.

Requirements:

  • Completionof an accredited medical school and Pediatric Residency.
  • Musthave a permanent and unrestricted license to practice medicine or osteopathy inArizona.
  • Musthave current board certification in Pediatrics through the American Board ofPediatrics and must maintain certification throughout employment.
  • Musthave current DEA.
  • Experienceand training must have been progressive and responsible, demonstrating goodknowledge of current principles, practices, methods, and techniques in thefield of medicine.
  • Threeyears of experience in an outpatient Pediatric practice or comparable settingis preferred.
  • Experiencein a community health center setting is preferred.
  • CurrentBLS certification is required and must be maintained throughout employment
  • CurrentPALS certification is preferred.
  • Mustpossess a valid and unrestricted Arizona driver's license (within 30 days ofhire if applicant is from out-of-state) with no DUI/DWI or reckless drivingconvictions in the last five years. No more than two at-fault accidents in thelast three years. Must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license duringemployment. Must be insurable under our liability auto policy.
  • Mustpass a criminal background check and obtain a Class I Fingerprint ClearanceCard within the initial ninety (90) calendar days of employment and retain avalid card while employed.
  • Mustpass substance abuse testing upon employment and submit to random testingduring employment.
  • Mustprovide an updated immunization (IZ) record at the time of employment.
  • Musthave a current (within 12 months) Tuberculosis (TB) skin report upon employmentand provide an annual update.
