Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services is a pediatric behavioral health company providing diagnostic assessment, ABA therapy, school readiness, and speech therapy support to children between the ages of 2-10 years old. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individual ABA programming for multiple cases, supervising a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), parent trainings, and group supervision.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will track data to identify where programming and behavioral changes can be made, and monitor instruction to ensure the highest quality of care.

Have 3+ years of clinical training and experience in the areas of early intensive behavioral intervention, verbal behavior instruction, problem behavior assessment and training, and skill acquisition
Have detailed experience in one of the following areas: parent training, social skills instruction, data collection and analysis, computer coding, digital course curriculum development, and/or organizational behavior management
Provide an excellent customer service experience and form very close relationships with patients families and employees
Have a passion for serving special needs children between the ages of 2-22
Will engage in continuous professional development activities

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
