Description

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, with a focus on TI and ground-up medical buildings.
  • Collaborate closely with our experienced project managers and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and assist in problem-solving on site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and architects to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance with building codes are maintained.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in construction, preferably in commercial or medical projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
