As a Coordinator, you will learn about the inner workings of the travel and vacation industry, and you could even access exclusive discounts when you make travel plans for yourself. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service to our customers and use your top sales techniques to help them discover incredible vacation opportunities and experiences. You will learn about the most popular destinations, the most amazing resorts, and the greatest vacation excursions when working in this position.

Part-Time and Full-Time available!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

Arrange travel for business and vacation customers

Determine customers needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs

Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips

Find fare and schedule information

Calculate total travel costs

Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions

Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports

Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions

Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a smartphone and/or computer with access to internet

Must be authorized to work within the US
