DESCRIPTION

CCTV Lead Service Installer

We are looking for an experienced commercial service security technician with knowledge in commercial security products including CCTV and IP based video systems, access control, and intrusion and fire alarm systems. The position requires an understanding of networks and IT infrastructure.

Troubleshooting of security/fire/access/CCTV systems in accordance with company and code standards

Verifies system performance, maintains accurate records and builds customer rapport by resolving concerns and answering questions

Responsible for completing service calls on time, facilitating issues with any calls, and working in a manner that will exceed customer expectations.

Compensation dependent on experience and skillset

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

All installers should have some or all of these skills: able to work independently or as a team, have a truck, tools, and knowledge of low voltage wiring.
