This is a unique opportunity for a therapist who wants more time with patients in a boutique-style setting.

In the clinic, patients are scheduled every 40min so you have more time to deliver the quality care you have been working hard for! One-on-one so you can spend time you want doing hands on, exercises, educating, or whatever the patient actually needs. Relaxing and decorated environment. Our office is in the heart of Tempe, close to ASU!

Growth opportunities available, staff or clinical director position available with compensation accordingly. Clinical director position currently oversee 1 in-office PTA, 2 off-site PRN PTAs with assistance.

Nikao Performance and Rehab is a Physical Therapist owned and operated business. We offer personable and quality Physical Therapy services. We strive offer best of the valley therapists to provide optimal care to patients and clients.

Nikao Performance and Rehab is currently looking to hire a Physical Therapist to meet client needs at our Tempe location and in-home around the valley. (There is also opportunity for part-time, full-time, PRN/contract). ONE-ON-ONE scheduling with easy documentation system. Must have active AZ Physical Therapy License and at least one year of outpatient ortho experience. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, or other board specialty certification is prioritized but not a must. Mileage reimbursement, sick pay/PTO, health insurance stipend, and CEU assistance available in addition to base pay.

Job Responsibilities:
Help patients with and preventing injuries by regaining their range of motion, manage pain, and improve overall quality of life.
Scheduling, documenting, and applying accurate billing codes for quality patient care.
Responsible for evaluation treatment, discharge, and follow ups for patients.
Responsible for coordinating patient care with Doctors and Physical Therapy Assistants.
Educating patients on conditions, creating a treatment plan, and motivating patients.

Qualifications :
Arizona Physical Therapist License
Must be able to life 50 lbs. as we have patients that may need assistance in lifting certain equipment and have trouble standing, walking, and/or balancing.
At least twelve months of PT experience
