The Air Dominance Sub-Strategic Business Unit, Shipboard Missile Program Area Directorate, Strategic Capabilities and International (SCI) Directorate is seeking to hire an ASIC Development Program Manager located in Tucson, Arizona at Raytheon. This Program Manager will report to the SCI Director and is responsible for the overall success of the ASIC development program. This role will require an individual to build and maintain relationships with our customer and strengthen those relationships to drive the program through multiple phases. The Program Manager will serve as a key driver in leading successful execution of a foreign military sales processor upgrade effort across multiple circuit card assemblies to mitigate obsolescence and provide new capabilities on AMRAAM. The Program Manager will be responsible for setting the direction, leadership, execution management of risk reduction efforts, development, growth, and AOP commitments for the organization. Additionally, the Program Manager will have the responsibility to indirectly manage functional teams to ensure flawless execution while meeting all contract deliverables. This role will also include the accountability for AMRAAM profit and loss, EAC authority, and margin expansion to our AOP. Furthermore, they will be a subject matter expert in supporting development efforts, risk management, gate reviews, product affordability, proposal development and contract negotiations for processor/ASIC programs. This position is an onsite role. Relocation is not available. What You Will Do: Lead and manage development execution. Partner with functional organizations such as Finance, Contracts, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Assist in preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial reviews Lead and organize major proposal efforts. Set program strategy and vision for multi-functional team(s), sub-contractors, and IOTs. Employ knowledge of the ASIC/SoC development process, foundry flow, and packaging concepts. Cultivate partnerships and communicate with multiple USG customers for integrated circuit supply chains. Responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations. Manage the program risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree 12 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 10 years of relevant experience. Experience partnering with functional organizations such as Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secretsecurity clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience working government programs (large/complex) with direct customer interfaces, both internal and external. Ability to mentor early career team members. Ability to provide architectures that will meet both US and FMS exportability requirements. Legacy knowledge of prior ASIC/SoC development efforts. Earned Value Management Systems certification. Tucson, AZ - The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
