Join the team at PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. as an FAA Operator - Electronics Engineering Technician - R&O in sunny Tucson, Arizona! We're looking for talented individuals to help keep the skies safe. If you're ready for a dynamic and exciting career, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

OR 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (train on 1st shift for 30-60 days)

Includes 30 minute unpaid lunch, OT available

Pay Rate: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour (plus $2 shift differential for 2nd shift)

We're looking for talented individuals with:

Experience with IPC-6010 standards: If you know these like the back of your hand, we want you!

Hands-on experience in R&O rework: Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in!

Aerospace background: Especially if you have experience testing, troubleshooting, and a knack for older Honeywell parts.

Strong troubleshooting skills: If you can troubleshoot down to the component level of printed circuit boards, you're our hero!

Must Have Knowledge and Skills:

- In-depth understanding of board assembly processes and product process flow

- Comprehensive knowledge of product quality, soldering specifications, and SMT processing systems

- Ability to set up, operate, calibrate, and maintain assembly and hand soldering equipment and tools

- Ability to recognize and address problems in the assembly process or with assembly components

- Knowledge of in-circuit and functional test fixturing

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma required

- 4-5 years of experience in manual assembly, operating automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operating automated test equipment, and inspecting and repairing products

- Additional responsibilities include performing machine and line setups, feeder repairs, and first-line preventative maintenance
