Job description

Welcome to Inspire Horizons - discover how we do things differently!
At Inspire Horizons, we're not your typical therapy center. We're a multi-disciplinary team that brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to unlock possabilities and enrich lives. No corporate vibes - just real passionate humans striving to make a difference.

You'll break down barriers for children typically ages 1 - 10 with developmental delays and disabilities at our centers. All our Occupational Therapists support each other day-to-day at one of our centers.

About Inspire Horizons:
The clinician founders of The Therapy Group of Tucson and North Valley Pediatric Therapy realized that they could reach more families and provide more employee support by working together and have been doing so for many years. They also knew they reached a point in their journey's where they needed to lean on a new leadership team for their next chapter. The new leadership team created the Inspire Horizons in late 2023 to unify clinical and administrative best practices across both organizations.

Wondering what it's like as a Physical Therapist at Inspire Horizons?
Balanced schedule:
4 Day full-time work week: A 3-day weekend, every single week. 4 10-hour shifts: Mon - Thurs or Tues - Fri (7AM - 6PM with 1 hour lunch)
Doc time: We don't believe in back-to-back sessions all day long. You'll have documentation time every morning and afternoon every day. The entire center shuts down during these times; everyone can lean on each other and ask questions.
Supervision time: There is guaranteed time in your schedule to take on opportunities to supervise PTAs. We also enable some team members the opportunity to lead and mentor others.
Mental health break: one day each month, you'll have a mental health break during the workday! Some team members use this to collaborate on ideas, some run errands, others just take a personal moment. It's your time, it's your choice.
Collaborative Commitment: The following are time blocks built into everyone's schedule:
Clinical collaboration: We come together in small groups with every therapy discipline represented to review and collaborate on a patient we're seeing to improve the approach of care.
Weekly team meetings and 1:1s: We're not going to plug you in and forget you. We connect with you to check in on how things are going and explore how we can support you. You'll also meet with your department each week to collaborate on overcoming common obstacles and celebrate wins.
Lunch and learns: We host sessions for either our current clinicians to present research or an approach they're passionate about to the Inspire team. We also host guest speakers who specialize in topics that our therapist vote on
Innovation time: We empower many team members to work on ideas that they are passionate about. Some of them take off, and we enable them to do the idea part-time or even full-time instead of treating.
We're Just Good People: Simply said - we are not jerks; Plus, we like to sprinkle in unexpected fun along the way!
Our Promise to Your Success from the Get-Go:
No Cold Plunge: We take a crawl, walk, run approach so you can take the time to learn the role and our vibe.
We Will Invest in You: This goes beyond just obtaining CEUs, we truly believe in continued learning and sharing newly obtained knowledge that can help everyone. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package covering Student Loan Repayment, Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), and 401K retirement.
