Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Stinger Test Equipment Program Manager who is ready to take on a new challenge with a high degree of responsibility in a growing and evolving business environment. You will be responsible for developing the comprehensive Test Equipment strategy for Stinger to ensure the reliability, replacement, and increase in test position up-time with the customer and internal TE team. Alignment with the TEE department will be one of the keys tenets to success in this position. You will lead the sustainment of current test positions, development and integration of new test equipment and perform proposal development and review in support of the many different new contracts that include test equipment. You will support the Stinger portfolio and set metrics and performance benchmarks to maximize the effective use of investment dollars. What You Will Do Prepare, revise, update, and support gating activity with proposal requirements including corporate and business policies and procedures
Establish and maintain key metrics which will act as critical process indicators for the programs and organization to track designated proposal indicators
Optimize Test Equipment and business processes and practices
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the TE industrial base, TEE functional directorate, USG (PM SHIELD and ACC) and GDLS
Ensure on-time delivery of test equipment deliverable efforts; this includes providing turn around metrics to the programs supported, identifying improvement opportunities, and taking the necessary steps to ensure quality, schedule, and cost requirements are achievable in execution
Utilize collaborative communication skills to engage cross-functional teams regarding program issues, team skills shortfalls, gaps and concerns and work with upper management to achieve program results
Leverage current and/or prior experience and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Test Equipment suppliers and the One-Page-Process
Support the negotiation and implementation of test equipment on large, complex contracts that potentially include adjacent business opportunities
Expected to support domestic travel on short notice as needed

Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required
Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
Leadership experience
Experience with EVMS on a program or experience as a CAM
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer Strong background and knowledge/experience in production test equipment, development of test equipment or both
Strong program management/leadership skills and ability to convert business requirements into an executable plan, ability to develop and execute business plans
Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with multiple customers
Be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance multiple priorities and manage multicultural dynamics
Strong critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity and ambiguity in a diverse cultural environment

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
