The ideal Superintendent will have a proven track record in managing civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will play a critical role in coordinating on-site operations, overseeing construction activities, and leading our dedicated workforce.

Description

  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to meet project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports, communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in construction supervision, particularly in civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are a plus.
