Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Yuma, Arizona.

null START DATE: 11/4 • Days, Variable start times. shift 4 X 10s • Call throughout week and Rotating Sundays • Must have Tablo experience Department Dialysis RN # beds/Chairs Inpatient dialysis 5 bays, and staff goes to ICU for bedsides/ intermittent only, CRRT and sled is done by ICU RN Average # of providers in the clinic/day Nephrology orders, and have attending on call if needed, 24/7 availability and treatments during the day Average # of patients/day average 8 per day (fluctuates seasonally) Required Certifications BLS, (CDN CNN- preferred) Common diagnosis / Types of patients ESRD and AKI; fluid overload, hyperkalemia Experience or 'Must have' skills "2 years of dialysis Must have previous travel experience MUST have Previous Epic experience Tablo devices are required " Manager/Supervisor Leader/ manager for direct report Job Duties "Central venous catheter access and management, fistula and graft cannulation, collaborating with primary RN for total patient care, primary RN can come down and administer some medications. NO tele experience needed, primary RN to read tele, and they have monitor techs understand and know how to respond to common dialysis emergencies" EMR Epic, Tablo dialysis device experience required. Shifts & Scheduling 4 10s as scheduled and could end day early Weekend Requirement Saturdays- at least every other Holiday Requirement yes, expect to work 2-3 holidays during contracted time Is there a call or standby requirement? call- some (to clarify) Floating Requirements to medical surgical- Tower 3,4,5, & 2W to task Scrub Color/Dress Code Navy blue How many shifts for orientation? 1 shift on the unit Do you use Medical Assistants or CNA's? Dialysis Techs in department Additional Notes Clear and respectful communication for receiving talking with MS staff, ICU providers and transport, any red flags to redirect Additional Questions Facility Offer Type What is your availability in the next 24-48 hrs. for a potential interview with the unit manager?
