You will be a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Senior Manager and Deputy to the Camden Operations site. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer, and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA, and dozens of foreign allies. What You Will Be Doing As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Senior Manager and Deputy to Camden Operations, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of all Camden products. All Camden product managers will report to this Senior Manager. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Proven Leadership Skills
Proven Program/Product Management Skills
Proven Cost Control and Budgeting Skills
Strong Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Ability to obtain a Secret DOD Clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience with Missiles and Fire Control Programs
Production Operations Experience
Lean/Six Sigma Processes (Black or Green Belt Preferred)
Active DOD Clearance
Strong Understanding of Lockheed Martin Full Spectrum Leadership Competencies
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
