Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is looking for an early career professional for the role of Quality Engineer on the PAC-3 missile program at the Camden, Arkansas campus. This job is a full-time on-site position. What You Will Be Doing Duties include but are not limited to: • Support production line
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards
• Establish quality requirements and write work instructions
• Evaluate product for conformance to requirements, document non-conformances, train, and support inspectors
• Apply troubleshooting skills to prevent recurrence of non-conformances
• Evaluate existing quality processes and use engineering skills to make improvements. Candidate will apply discretion and judgment to complete assignments of limited scope, with work reviewed throughout the assignment. Why Join Us

This position is located in Camden, AR! Discover Camden MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
STEM Bachelors degree or higher. Ability to obtain security clearance, and therefore a U.S. citizen
Desired Skills:
Troubleshooting skills Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
