Job description

Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in the Greater Fayetteville Area. This role will offer long term development and provide the successful candidate with exposure to ground up construction projects in both single family and multifamily construction industry.

It is a mid-sized General Contractor with a stable pipeline of diverse projects. This construction firm has been a staple in the Northwest Arkansas market for several years and prides it's self on company culture and employee retention. The company has an increasing pipeline of work and specialize in building single family communities, custom homes and multifamily apartments.

Description

The Project Manager - Construction will:

  • Minimum of five (5) year's experience managing multiple residential and or multifamily projects
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
  • Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to create material take-offs.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Marketing and presentation skills.
  • Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
  • College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.

Profile

The successful Project Manager (Construction) candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
  • Successful background of single family and multifamily projects
  • Have experience in overseeing projects from start to finish
  • Have experience with wood frame projects
  • Multifamily and Town home experience a huge plus

Job Offer
