Your skills and commitment to patient care are essential to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare.Position Overview: We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Hospitalist Physician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the State of Arkansas and have experience in hospital medicine. This role is vital in providing ongoing inpatient, observation, and emergency healthcare for our patients.Key Responsibilities:Assess the health status of hospitalized patients.Formulate differential diagnoses and develop care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.Provide consultation to other physicians in the area.Direct and assign staff responsibilities as necessary.Utilize independent judgment to ensure optimal patient care.Job Requirements:Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years of age or older.Education: BC/BE in Hospital Medicine; must be licensed in Arkansas.Experience: Previous experience as a Hospital Medicine Physician; must meet medical staff privileges at St. Bernards Medical Center.Physical Requirements: This is a safety-sensitive position. The role requires normal office work, close eye work, and the ability to hear normal and soft tones. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, sit, use fingers for handling or feeling objects, and reach with hands and arms.
