Job description

We are currently on a hunt for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Little Rock, AR.

What you ll be doing:

• As a HR Manager will be a key member of the leadership team and be a strong business partner, working with leadership to enhance culture, and employee engagement.


• You will serve as an employee advocate helping to resolve employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.


• You will have the opportunity to significantly impact the business and assists top management with planning, development, and implementation of HR initiatives.


• You will be responsible for supporting the overall business objectives staffing, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO/AAP and safety.

We would love to hear from you if :

• You have 8+ years of experience in HR and 3+ years managing an HR department in a Food Industry.


• You have 3+ years of union experience.


• Should be having a Large plant experience (over 600 employees).


• You have a Bachelor s degree.
