Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Little Rock seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our esteemed team. Requirements:

Active Arkansas Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
PTA experience is preferred but not required
Home Health experience is preferred but not required

Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
Assist our Physical Therapists in following physical therapy care plans, performing PT, documenting/charting patient progress, updating Director on patient status, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
