Job Description:

As a To-Go Orders Staff member, you will be responsible for taking and preparing takeout orders. Your duties include accurately processing orders, packaging food, and ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and correctly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Clean background to ensure a safe and trustworthy work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take and process to-go orders accurately and efficiently.
• Package food items securely for takeout.
• Ensure orders are complete and accurate before handing them to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the takeout area.
• Assist with phone inquiries and provide information about the menu.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
