Job description
Kids Spot is looking for a Physical Therapist or an Orthotist with an interest in pediatric durable medical equipment care including orthotics, wheelchairs and devices. We are looking to assist the pediatric population in assessment, ordering, and delivering orthotics, wheelchair equipment and AAC devices, etc. On the job training and continuing education is provided. We need YOU to help lead a team of therapists in providing the best care and services to our patients. PTs that apply would continue treatment and be eligible for treatment bonuses. Orthotists would be eligible for service and product delivery bonuses.

Kids SPOT is a pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy clinic in Springdale specializing in treating children with a variety of developmental, orthopedic, and neurologic diagnoses. We provide primarily in-clinic treatment, with occasional home health or daycare visits.
We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist or a Orthotist who is passionate about working with children in a collaborative environment. We offer administrative support with our incredible bilingual office staff, and clinical support with our amazing leadership team! Orthotist Main Responsibilities:
Provide Orthotic Patient Assessment & Treatment
Oversee all stages of design, fabrication, fitting and maintenance of orthotics devices related to patients needs.
Consult and practice with other therapists in our multidisciplinary environment
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
Providing patients with device use and maintenance instructions
Detail-oriented for precise patient assessments and device design and fabrication
Providing ongoing care and repairing or adjusting devices as treatments progress
Work in a collaborative environment
Provide Proper Coding & Documentation
Perform other duties as assigned that support team & organizational success
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
A current Arkansas PT License OR an American Board certified- Certification in Orthotics
Pediatric experience a plus
