Looking for a management position with growth opportunities in the beauty / cosmetology industry? Drybar Shops is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee salon operations. Manager Qualifications

Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager.

Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.

Implement structure, policies, and procedures.

Customer Service oriented

Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence

Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills

Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays

Competent trainer and motivator

MindBody Software experience a plus

Cosmetology license / hair stylist experience a plus

Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.

Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.

Develops personal growth opportunities.

Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.

Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.

Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.

Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, recommending improvements and initiating corrective actions.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
