Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Technician in Anaheim, CA. $24.00-$26.00 per hour.

As a Production Technician you will:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, identifying issues, and deviations from specs, and taking necessary action
• Report, batch records, equipment logs, document and communicate interdepartmental issues to engineering, quality, and production
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, such as assembly machines, and conveyors, to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
• Follow SOPs and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide support in other areas of the production process as needed.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Special projects, provide support for the production process as needed

This is a full time opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:

• BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or relevant field is preferred
• Education or Certification in the industry preferred
• 2 to 3 years of production technician experience
• Comprehension of blueprints and schematics
• Expertise in soldering, testing lCs, troubleshooting
• Must have experience with properly handling electronic components, observing ESD procedures, etc.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to write comprehensive and detailed reports
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and math skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High regard for quality assurance and attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and result-driven
• Experience in electronic product manufacturing in an lSO9001 environment
• Working knowledge of test equipment, and technical software that is specific to the industry
• Proficient in Microsoft excel, outlook, PowerPoint, word, ERP, SAP, MRP, and SaaS . Must be able to lift and move heavy objects approx. 20 to 50lbs

Pay rate: $24.00-$26.00 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
