Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress for clients with developmental disabilities. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will help us make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their families.

Job Group Classification: Pediatrics/Education

Overtime Status: Non-Exempt

Hourly Range: $52.00 - $70.00 per hour

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000

(Please note this range is contingent on years of experience and relevant skills classified for this position)

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct assessments using various assessment tools and techniques to accurately evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)

Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans

Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to assess clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior intervention plans

Provide training and support to clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals in implementing behavior intervention plans

Stay current with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavior intervention techniques

Maintain complete and accurate documentation of assessments, behavior intervention plans, progress notes, and other relevant information

Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development activities as required

Minimum Skills or Qualifications:
BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Proven experience in conducting assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities

Strong knowledge of the principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis (ABA)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Proficient computer skills and experience using electronic data collection systems

Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes

Requires frequent reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, running, carrying, and lifting 50 or more lbs.

Must be able to see and hear within normal range with or without correction.

The noise intensity level is moderate to high
