Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator

  • Maintain a record of accounts payable/receivable
  • Issuing invoices and sending invoices to corresponding persons
  • Resolve account discrepancies and report discrepancies to accounts payable manager
  • Post journal entries into proprietary accounting software system
  • Possible work with month-end and year end closings.
  • Providing cost standards for materials and labor

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Administrator

  • At least 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to use excel
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
