Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to support overall financial goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
