Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR functions in the logistics sector. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring a motivated and high-performing workforce aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Lead evaluations, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits, and salary budgets to ensure competitiveness.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.
• Organizational Development: Support culture-building, succession planning, and DEI initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR related field
• 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in logistics.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
