Help Desk Technician

Essential Job Functions of Help Desk Technician:

Provide technical assistance
Troubleshoot and support issues related to computer systems, software, and regularly monitor the internal help desk system for pending tickets
Ask questions to determine nature of problem and help walk customer through problem-solving
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolves
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Document all incidents and occurrences using clear, concise, and detailed notes

Ideal Help Desk Technician will possess the following skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients
Basic understanding and knowledge of networking technologies
Proficient with Windows and Mac OS
Ability to work and learn independently

Requirements of the Help Desk Technician :

O365, Active Directory and Salesforce experience a PLUS
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Must have clean DMV
Eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a background check
Visa/sponsorship not offered
