Overview:
Safety Administrators are responsible for assisting in the support activities of a designated division. Safety Administrators possess keen attention to detail, skills in customer service, and time management. This position may travel to project jobsites.

Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support for the corporate safety department including Directors

Maintains, updates, and audits company safety database and Safety Management Software (HCSS)

Prepares analysis and communications such as spreadsheets, tables, charts, and presentations concerning safety

Compose correspondence to company personnel and external agencies as required

Answers phones and refers calls to appropriate personnel or provides requested information

Maintains confidentiality related to Incidents

Maintains filings of incident reports

Maintains filings all good catches

Administer Good Catch incentive program

Assist with Field Safety Representative's needs

Maintains Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Inventory

Performs other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent - required

Proven office administrative experience

Ability to handle confidential information

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams)

Proficient in use of iPhone and iPad

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs

Experience working in construction is a plus

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability and willingness to travel as needed

Ability to maintain valid driver's license

None

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Long periods of using a computer.

Pay- $ 26 - $ 29 /Hourly Depending on Experience
