Job Title: Clinical Director

Salary: $130,000-$150,000 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our leadership team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, and leading a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction treatment, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to improving the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Provide visionary leadership to the clinical team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of clinical staff, ensuring they meet professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistent and effective delivery of care.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance service quality and client outcomes.

Clinical Oversight:

Supervise the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are evidence-based and tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

Conduct regular case reviews and clinical supervision sessions to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.

Stay current with advancements in addiction treatment and integrate new practices and technologies into the clinical program as appropriate.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

Client Care:

Foster a client-centered approach, ensuring all clients receive compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive care.

Address any clinical issues or concerns raised by clients or their families, providing resolution in a timely and professional manner.

Promote a therapeutic environment that supports recovery, personal growth, and overall well-being.

Quality Improvement:

Lead quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in clinical practices and outcomes.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services with overall facility operations.

Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of long-term goals and objectives for the facility.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction treatment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
