Summary
Supervises shift operation of the Cache Club.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage day to day department operations.
Assign staffing and assist with oversight of the Casino Bus Program, and maintain continual communication with the Bus Program Supervisors.
Must have a high level of professional communication skills as this position works directly with all departments of Cache Creek Casino Resort on a daily basis.
Process guest comps as outlined in the policies and procedures of this task.
Issue Host-requested promotional items to our VIP guests.
Ensure policies and procedures are followed by staff.
Report all completed daily shift tasks to Cache Club Manager.
Oversee training of all new employees
Write and give reviews to team members.
Perform any other customer service duties required to promote department and Cache Creek Casino Resort.
Ensure compliance with Tribal Gaming Agency guidelines and regulations as they relate to the implementation of club rewards and marketed promotions.
Develop work schedules to ensure staffing guidelines are followed and all business needs are covered.
Utilize guest management programs in conjunction with Human Resources, Wardrobe, Benefits and Operations to include, but not limited to: Kronos, PARS, HRANs, RICH Recognition, Microsoft Office, ARC, Eatec, Reqlogic, and IGT Patron Management.
Oversee Cache Club's Marketing promotions and Marketing continuity gift distribution, and assists at Marketing promotions and special events.
Oversee Cache Club staff requests for Banquet and Tribal events throughout the year.
Perform maintenance inventory control of Cache Club's supplies and merchandise.
Attend and participate in meetings and company trainings, completing follow-up as assigned.
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, mentor and encourage others; demonstrates R.I.C.H.; leads by example.
Provide exceptional guest service and display the R.I.C.H. values and 3 E's of Cache Creek Casino Resort to all guests and employees.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise a total of 25-30 employees in the Cache Club. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and TGA guidelines. Responsibilities include training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving disputes.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Two years' experience in a Players Club department or in a high volume customer service position. Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to learn and use company developed computer programs. Strong customer service and teamwork skills necessary to deliver superior casino resort service to a diverse customer base. Display strong leadership qualities and the ability to serve both internal and external customers. Ability to coach, mentor, and support employees, while enforcing company policies.
Age Requirement
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and both governmental and TGA regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
