Volt is hiring for a Studio Awards Event Assistant in the Los Angeles, CA vicinity.
As an Awards Event Assistant you will assist in management of awards website for titles including:
• Adding and updating in-person screenings across Los Angeles, New York and all regional markets
• Managing and updating the screening caps per guild and group for each individual screening.
Monitoring all guild and critics groups RSVPs along with cancellations and waitlists through the Swoogo RSVP software
• Sending out confirmation emails for attendees ahead of each screening - including all relevant information needed - and assisting the team in updating attendees.
• Uploading assets and materials on the website (Q&As, featurettes, press articles, etc.)
• Pulling screening RSVPs for the teams ahead of each screening.

This is a full-time 3-month contract opportunity. Remote, however, must be able to also work on-site in the Los Angeles vicinity as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:
• 2-3 years in streaming or events and awards
• Experience organizing screenings or awards guilds
• Knowledgeable in using Swoogo RSVP software

Pay rate: $28.15/hr
Pay rate offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
