This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $22.19 to $27.33/hour.

Position Summary:

The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for implementing various social Life Enrichment for the social, physical, and mental welfare of the residents.

Qualifications

Education:High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D.

Training and Experience:Previous experience working with the elderly in a recreational setting preferred.

Job Knowledge:Knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA preferred. Understands the aspects of leading an activity.

Must be available to work part-time position, 24 hours per week Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5:30pm Must possess a valid CA driver's license and be available to drive residents to outings as needed.

The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen.
