My client, a multi-faceted Multifamily Real-Estate Development firm, is looking to add an accomplished Senior Construction Manager to their team. They have a large portfolio with a well-established history and footprint in the region and a desire to grow!

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Perform project entitlement, zoning, permitting, and other pre-development due diligence
  • Manage design process to ensure compliance/waiver/approval by City, State and Federal approval, financing sustainability, and design standards
  • Manage construction bidding/pricing process for inclusion in the final project budget required for all closings
  • Oversee all construction phases through contractor and sub-contractor coordination
  • Attend all project related meetings
  • Carry out plan and spec analysis to provide clear, trackable, and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
  • Forecast and prepare all project proforma, analysis, timelines, RFP's, and budgets

Project Manager Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
  • 5 proven years of ground-up Project Manager experience in multifamily construction
  • Large sitework construction including underground water retention tanks
  • Construction of multifamily wrapping up a garage building using pre-cast fabrication preferable with CoreSlab
  • Construction of condominium building using pre cast
  • Construction of retail using steel frame
  • Interacting with procurement and drawing improvement with architect and general contractor and developer
  • Proven experience with due diligence/feasibility, acquisition/disposition support, entitlements, zoning, and permitting
  • Excellent communicator: team oriented with a passion for learning and contributing
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Assist in keeping the company culture a fun and exciting work environment
