Prestigious San Diego based Community Association Management Company is currently seeking a highly professional, intelligent, industrious, take-charge Assistant Community Manager to work in their Carlsbad office who will provide superior client service in a professional office environment.

The Assistant Community Manager partners with the Community Association Manager on a portfolio of various communities.
You must have excellent office management and computer skills and be able to gracefully juggle many different time-critical tasks at the same time. The perfect candidate will be positive, articulate, well organized, energetic, resourceful and detail-oriented with a "can do" attitude.
Essential functions of the job:
Assist clients with problem resolution with a positive and helpful attitude
Performing monthly inspections for those the community and sending compliance letters, as well as facilitating the architectural review process for the community
Interacting with vendors who provide services to clients and their respective communities
Generate work orders and provide follow through until task is completed
Compose and generate newsletters
Attend evening Board meetings & take minutes as recording secretary
Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues
Assists in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting community tours, providing updates and information about the community's performance, and responding to owner requests as needed
Ensure that daily tasks and follow-ups are completed and documented
Other general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required qualifications, skills, and abilities:
• At least three year's administrative experience (community association experience is a plus)
• Excellent customer service skills • Ability to retain new information
• Must present a positive and professional image for the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
• Highly organized and efficiency-minded with excellent time management skills
• Able to multi-task and adjust to constantly changing priorities with ease
• Able to work on their own as well as with others
Pay and Benefits:
$18.00 to $24.00, depending on education and experience
