WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist in the design and development of low observable (LO) unmanned air vehicles Develop guidelines and specifications for the incorporation of supportable LO design features Generate bottoms-up Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) estimates and verification plans Aid in the development of procedures for Tier 1 and Tier 2 testing of LO aircraft and/or components Aid in the development of manufacturing plans for LO air vehicles and/or components Develop repair procedures for LO aircraft and/or components REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience with LO aircraft (F-117, F-22, F-35, B-2, B-21) Hands-on experience with performing LO maintenance on LO aircraft Experience with using and developing test plans with Tier 1 point inspection tools Experience with using and developing test plans Tier 2 LO diagnostic tools Experience with executing and documenting periodic LO inspections tasks Experience with LO Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) buildups and verification Working knowledge of LO design, analysis, and verification Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS Security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with indoor and/or outdoor RCS testing Experience with executing and/or developing test plans for Effects of Defects/Effects of Repair (EoD/EoR) testing Experience with CAD tools such as (CATIA, NX) Experience in applying LO coatings Advanced composite and structural aircraft repair experience on LO platforms US Salary Range $124,000 - $231,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
